"BASTãO DESODORANTE OU ANTIPERSPIRANTE, PROCESSO E APARELHO PARA FORMAR O MESMO, E, PROCESSOS PARA INCORPORAR UM ADITIVO OXIDáVEL OU AGENTE SENSìVEL AO CALOR EM UM BASTãO DESODORANTE OU ANTIPERSPIRANTE, E, PARA MELHORAR OU CONTROLAR A SEDIMENTAçãO DE UM MATERIAL PARTICULADO DURANTE A FORMAçãO DE UM BASTãO DESODORANTE OU ANTIPERSPIRANTE". Em um primeiro aspecto, um processo para formar bastões desodorantes ou antiperspirantes formando-se continuamente uma composição móvel para dispersão em recipientes ou moldes em uma razão igualada com a razão na qual é dispensada e em outros aspectos um processo em que uma composição desodorante ou antiperspirante móvel é dispensada moldando-se por injeção, isto é, um processo em que a composição desodorante ou antiperspirante é dispensada sob pressão. A composição no momento da moldagem por injeção está preferivelmente na proximidade da sua temperatura regular de endurecimento, particularmente na faixa de cerca de 0 a 3° C abaixo da temperatura regular de endurecimento e/ou parcialmente estruturada no momento da sua liberação em um recipiente ou molde. A composição desodorante ou antiperspirante é preferivelmente produzida de modo contínuo em uma extrusora de rosca (20), especialmente uma extrusora de rosca dupla, que é controlada para liberar a composição em um estado substancialmente semi-sólido, a uma temperatura próxima da sua temperatura regular de endurecimento e é injetada no recipiente ou barril a uma pressão no ponto de injeção que seja freq³entemente maior do que 15 psi e em muitos casos de 200 a 400 psi na cabeça de injeção. O aparelho para formar os bastões desodorantes ou antiperspirantes moldando-se por injeção tamtém é descrito.
