Abstract

En un primer aspecto, un proceso para conformar barras desodorantes o antitranspirantes formando continuamente una composicion movil, para ser entregada acontenedores o moldes, a un régimen equiparado con el régimen al cual es dosificada, y en otrosaspectos, un proceso en el cual una composicion desodorante oantitranspirante movil es dosificada por moldeo a inyeccion, por ejemplo, un proceso en el cual la composicion desodorante o antitranspirante es dosificadabajo presion. La composicion almo mento del moldeo a inyeccion se encuentra, preferentemente, o bien en la cercanía de su temperatura de fraguado regular,particularmente en el rango de aproximadamente 0-3sC por debajo de su temperatura de fraguado regular, y/o parcialmenteestructura da al momento de su entregadentro de un contenedor o molde. La composicion desodorante o antitranspirante se produce preferentemente en forma contínua en un extrusor de tornillo,especialmente en un extrusor de doble tornillo, controladopara entregar la composicion en un estado sustancialmente semisolido, a una temperatura cercana asu temperatura de fraguado regular, y es inyectada dentro del contenedor o cilindro a una presion en el punto de inyeccion que, a menudo es superior a1.05kg/cm2, y en muchas oprtunidades, de 14,06 a 28,12 kg/cm2 en el cabezal inyector. También se describe un aparato para conformar barras desodorantes yantitranspirantes por moldeo a inyeccion. El proceso combinado ofrece beneficios para incorporaringredientes s ensibles y para mejorar la sedimentacion departiculados tales como los activos antitranspirantes particulados. También se refiere a la barra obtenida por el proceso, a un método para incorporar unaditivo oxidable o un agente sensibleal calor dentro de la barra obtenida, a un proceso para mejorar o controlar la sedimentacion de un material particuladodurante la formacion de la barra y a la barra que comprende el material particulado.
