Abstract

PURPOSE:To remove a molded article having undercut portions readily from molds by spreading away the undercut portions using sliding bodies. CONSTITUTION:A melted resin is injected into a cavity 19 defined by telescopic molds 12a, 11a, and is solidified, and thereafter the molds are opened. At the time of the mold opening or after the mold opening, sliding bodies 18 are moved away from one another to spread outwardly the undercut portions S' of the product S by hooks 18b on edges of the sliding bodies 18, and at the same time a pushing pin 23 is actuated to remove the product S from the molds.
