Abstract

"MATERIAL DE, óXIDO LAMINAR EM PILARES, PROCESSO PARA SUA PREPARAçãO, COMPOSIçãO CATALìTICA, SEU USO, COMPOSTO CATALìTICO E SEU USO". A invenção refere-se a um material cristalino microporoso, com um difractograma de raios-X característico, compreendido de tetraedros de oxigênio e um metal (T^ +4^ e T^ +3^) com a possibilidade de introduzir acidez superficial produzida pela substituição na malha de alguns cátions T^ +4^ por cátions T^ +3^, dando surgimento a uma deficiência de carga estrutural que pode ser compensada por prótons. o método de obtenção é baseado na preparação de um gel, seu tratamento hidrotérmico sob condições controladas e o tratamento do material laminar resultante com uma solução de um composto orgânico, preferivelmente um hidrocarboneto de cadeia longa, que contenha um grupo receptor de próton. Este material intumescido é submetido a um tratamento específico para a formação de pilares interlaminares de óxidos poliméricos, obtendo um material em pilares que mantêm a separação entre as folhas, mesmo depois da calcinação.
