Abstract
"Oxido ácido con características micro y mesoporosas: ITQ-36". La invención trata de un material cristalino microporoso, con un difractograma de rayos X característico, constituido por tetraedros de oxígeno y un metal (T+4 y T+3) con posibilidad de introducir acidez superficial producida por la sustitución en la red de algunos cationes T+4 por cationes T+3, lo que da lugar a una deficiencia de carga estructural que puede ser compensada por protones, acidez Brönsted, y/o cationes de alta relación carga radio, acidez Lewis. El método de preparación se basa en la síntesis de un gel, su tratamiento hidrotermal en condiciones controladas, y el tratamiento del material laminar resultante con una solución de un compuesto orgánico, preferentemente de cadena hidrocarbonada larga, que contenga un grupo aceptor de protones. Este material hinchado es sometido a un tratamiento específico para la formación de pilares interlaminares de óxidos poliméricos, obteniendo un material pilareado que mantiene la separación entre las láminas, incluso después de la calcinación.
