Abstract

"PROCESSOS PARA RECICLAR UM FLUXO RESIDUAL CONTENDO áGUA E SóLIDOS, PARA RECICLAR OS COMPONENTES SóLIDOS DE UM FLUXO RESIDUAL, E PARA RECICLAR OS COMPONENTES DE UM FLUXO RESIDUAL CONTENDO UM COMPONENTE ORGâNICO LìQUIDO, áGUA E SóLIDOS". Um processo para reciclar um fluxo residual contendo água e sólidos compreende ( a ) remover a água do fluxo residual para produzir um segundo fluxo contendo menos do que 60 % em peso de água, ( b ) secar o segundo fluxo para produzir uma carga de alimentação residual contendo menos do que 15 % em peso de água e ( c ) injetar a carga de alimentação residual dentro de um coqueificador durante o ciclo de coqueificação. A remoção da água pode ser realizada em uma ou duas etapas, e pode ser realizada em uma centrífuga de disco vertical se for também desejado reduzir o tamanho de partícula da fração de sólidos. A carga de alimentação residual pode ser injetada dentro de um coqueificador, flexicoqueificador ou coqueificador de fluido retardado, e permite o reciclo de resíduo sólido dentro do coqueificador.
