Abstract
"MéTODO DE PRODUçãO DE UMA FORMULAçãO INJETáVEL IN VIVO DE ^ 3^HE HIPERPOLARIZADO, DE PREPARAçãO E DE SUBSEQuENTE INJEçãO DE ^ 3^HE GASOSO POLARIZADO IN VIVO, E, DE SOLUBILIZAçãO DE ^ 129^XE GASOSO HIPERPOLARIZADO, E, PRODUTO HIPERPOLARIZADO DE FLUIDO FARMACêUTICO INJETáVEL IN VIVO" Processos para o aumento da T~ 1~ de formulações de microbolhas injetáveis de ^ 3^He hiperpolarizado incluem a etapa de introduzir o ^ 3^He hiperpolarizado em uma quantidade de microbolhas mantidas dentro de uma câmara e de aumentar a pressão dentro da mesma para facilitar o movimento ou o carregamento do ^ 3^He para dentro das microbolhas.
