Abstract

"ELEMENTO MAGNETOSTRITIVO RICO EM FERRO TENDO CARACTERìSTICA DE FREQUêNCIA RESSONANTE DEPENDENTE DO CAMPO DE POLARIZAçãO OTIMIZADA" Um elemento magnetostritivo para uso em um indicador magnetomecânico tem uma característica de freq³ência ressonante que fica em um mínimo em um nível de campo de polarização correspondendo ao ponto de operação do indicador magnetomecânico. O elemento magnetostritivo tem um fator de acoplamento magnetomecânico k na faixa de 0,28 a 0,4 no ponto de operação. O elemento magnetostritivo é formado pela aplicação de recozimento com campo transversal em uma fita de liga de metal amorfo rico em ferro (45 a 82 porcentagem de ferro) que inclui um total de 2 a 17 porcento de um ou mais de Mn, Mo, Nb, Cr, Hf, Zr, Ta, V. Cobalto, níquel, boro, silício e/ou carbono podem também ser incluídos. A liga de metal pode incluir um elemento de transição antecipada selecionado do grupo consistindo de Zr, Hf e Ta, e também um segundo elemento de transição antecipada selecionado do grupo consistindo de Mn, Mo, Nb, Cr e V.
