<B>MéTODO E APARELHO PARA O CONTORLE DA CAPACIDADE DE UM SISTEMA DE COMUNICAçãO<D> A capacidade de comunicação de enlace para frente de um sistema de comunicação, o qual está provendo, de uma estação de base para várias estações móveis, várias enlaces de comunicação para frente (123) correspondentes à pluralidade de estações móveis, é controlada pelo recebimento de uma regulagem de ganho (102), associada a pelo menos uma dos enlaces de comunicação para frente, comparando-se a regulagem de ganho com um limite de ganho (123), e ajustando-se uma primeira taxa de codificação de pelo menos uma dos enlaces de comunicação para frente para uma segunda taxa de codificação, com base na comparação.
