Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a slot access control system to be suited for a network condition by providing a mode instructing bit to be re-written and controlled by a specified communication station in the plural communication stations to a communication frame. CONSTITUTION:A switching deciding part 601 of a control station, which is the specified communication station, changes an R bit (mode instructing bit) in a frame header FH according to instruction 606 from a control part 602. Namely, the using rate of a slot, which is successively informed by the control part 602, is averaged for a constant time in the switching deciding part 601. For example, when the average slot using rate is larger than 50%, it is set to be a successive system and when the rate is smaller than 50%, it is set to an arbitrary system. Thus, since an access mode is switched, the slot access control system can be obtained to be suited for the network condition of a traffic condition, an average transferring data length or a loop condition, etc.
