Abstract

Patente de Invenção: <B>"PROCESSO PARA O ISOLAMENTO DE POLìMEROS A PARTIR DE SOLUçõES"<D>. A invenção refere-se à evaporação de uma solução de polímero viscosa tendo pelo menos 30 %, em peso, de preferência, pelo menos 50 até 70 %, em peso, de solventes e monómeros. De acordo com o método da invenção, a solução de polímero a ser evaporada é guiada através de um tubo helicoidal aquecido (5) como um fluxo de película com uma velocidade de saída de vapor na faixa de 200 até 300 m/s e fluxos para um separador (6) aquecido logo depois. O aquecimento do tubo helicoidal (5) e do separador (6) é realizado de maneira tal, que as temperaturas dos meios de aquecimento no tubo helicoidal (5) e no separador (6) estão acima do ponto de amolecimento do polímero. Um critério para um método importante adicional é caracterizado pelo fato de que a mistura de duas fases que é feita de massa em fusão de polímeros, vapores de solventes e vapores de monómeros e que é formada no tubo helicoidal (5) é abrandada para uma faixa de pressão de 10 mb até 800 mb~ abs~ no separador de apor aquecido (6).
