Abstract

Patente de Invenção: "FORNO DE FOGO GIRATóRIO COM FLUXO CENTRAL TUBULAR". O forno para o cozimento de blocos carbonados compreende, no sentido de comprimento, uma sucessão de câmaras, cada uma das câmaras compreendendo, no sentido transversal Y do forno, uma alternância de divisórias vazadas (3) que asseguram a circulação de um fluxo gasoso de reaquecimento de gás de combustão ou um fluxo gasoso de ar de resfriamento, e de alvéolos que contêm os blocos carbonados a cozinhar, cada uma das ditas divisórias vazadas (3) de uma câmara estando em comunicação com uma divisória a montante e/ou a jusante, de maneira a formar um conduto que assegura a circulação do dito fluxo gasoso, cada uma das ditas divisórias de uma câmara compreendendo, no plano X-Z, duas paredes laterais verticais (38), e, no sentido transversal Y, elementos que asseguram a deflexão do dito fluxo gasoso que percorre a dita divisória e que mantêm um afastamento constante das ditas paredes laterais (38), e é caracterizado pelo fato de que cada divisória (3) compreende um meio para conservar, em pelo menos um terço do comprimento L da dita divisória, um fluxo gasoso de vazão D distribuído de maneira homogênea na totalidade da seção reta S da dita divisória, com um nível de homogeneidade da dita distribuição da vazão D definido por "2y.D - 0,5y.D/ y.S", onde "2y.D - 0,5y.D" designa a extensão da faixa da vazão D que corresponde a uma fração y da dita seção reta S, e onde y é no máximo igual a 0,25.
