Abstract

"VáLVULA AEROSSOL PARA DISPENSAR PRODUTO CONTENDO Pó E/OU OUTROS SóLIDOS DE UM RECIPIENTE AEROSSOL" Uma válvula de pulverização aerossol (10) possui um alojamento de válvula (18), um corpo de válvula (21) com uma haste de válvula vertical (22), orifícios de haste radiais (23), e uma gaxeta de encaixe hermético anular (25) com uma abertura central (48) formando a única vedação para os orifícios de haste. A haste da válvula é retilínea posicionada lateralmente acima e abaixo dos orifícios de haste e é caracterizada pela ausência de um sulco receptor de gaxeta circundando a haste. O corpo de válvula possui uma pluralidade de estrias (40) espaçadas ao redor de sua periferia, as superfícies de topo de estria (41) sendo de mínima área em relação aos espaços entre os topos de estria (44). As superfícies de topo de estria contactam a gaxeta quando a válvula é aberta, e as mínimas áreas de estria de topo evitam que acúmulo de pó afete adversamente vedação total da válvula. A superfície de vedação da gaxeta circundando a haste de válvula possui um lubrificante, isto é, silicone, cozido sobre a mesma. Os orifícios da haste estão posicionados verticalmente sobre espaços circunferentes entre estrias.
