Abstract

"DISPOSITIVO DE COLOCAçãO DE LUVAS SOBRE OBJETOS EM DESLOCAMENTO". A invenção se refere a um dispositivo de colocação de luvas sobre objetos em deslocamento, as ditas luvas sendo segmentadas a partir de uma bainha contínua (13) que passa em um conformador (20) de abertura de bainha do tipo flutuante. De acordo com a invenção, os rodízios (30, 31) de descida de bainha e os rodízios (32, 33) de ejeção do segmento de bainha cortado (15) são acionados em rotação por motores elétricos associados (41; 42, 43) cujo comando é realizado em sincronismo por um programador eletrónico comum (50) disposto para determinar um perfil contínuo de variação das velocidades, a fim de comandar a descida de cada segmento de bainha, o dito programador incluindo pelo menos um cartão de comando (55) que opera junto com um codificador adjacente (47) montado na ponta de uma árvore (46) acionada em rotação por um grupo moto-redutor central (40, 45). A sincronização obtida permite considerar ritmos bastante elevados com um diâmetro de luvas apenas superior ao diâmetro máximo dos objetos.
