Abstract

Patente de Invenção: <B>"MéTODO PARA A FORMAçãO DE RECIPIENTES COM BOCA LARGA, FIXADOS TERMICAMENTE, COM EMPUNHADURA DE APERTAR"<D>. Um recipiente plástico de boca larga, fixado termicamente (10) tendo empunhaduras de apertar (14) e uma base com grande elevação (24) e método para a formação do mesmo. De acordo com o método, uma pré-forma (40) é posicionada em uma cavidade do molde (34) definida em parte por superfícies que se desviam substancialmente para dentro para formar as empunhaduras de apertar (14) no recipiente resultante (10). Inicialmente, uma base do molde (50) fica localizada de forma que ela define uma cavidade de molde inicial (34) cujo comprimento é maior do que o comprimento final do recipiente (10). A pré-forma (40) é axialmente estirada na cavidade para um comprimento maior do que o comprimento final do recipiente. Depois de estirar a pré-forma (10), a pré-forma é expandida de forma geral radialmente para fora sob baixa pressão. A porção inferior do molde (50) é então movida para uma posição onde o comprimento da cavidade (34) é aproximadamente o mesmo que o comprimento final do recipiente (10). A pré-forma (40) é adicionalmente expandida sob alta pressão tal que ela contata as metades de moldagem (36), dessa maneira formando o recipiente acabado (10).
