Abstract

<B>ARTIGO ABSORVENTE EMBALADO INDIVIDUALMENTE<D> A presente invenção se refere a um artigo absorvente embalado individualmente. O artigo absorvente apresenta primeira e segunda extremidades, primeiro e segundo lados e primeira e uma segunda superfícies maiores. A segunda superfície maior do artigo absorvente possui um adesivo de fixação à roupa. Uma faixa destacável é presa de modo removível ao adesivo de fixação à roupa para prevenir contaminação prematura do protetor antes que o artigo absorvente seja anexado à roupa íntima. O artigo absorvente é embrulhado em um envoltório possuindo primeira e segunda extremidades, primeiro e a segundo lados e primeira e segunda superfícies maiores. Uma primeira superfície maior do envoltório é posicionada adjacente a faixa destacável com a primeira e a segunda extremidades do envoltório se estendendo além dos primeiro e segundo lados, respectivamente, do artigo absorvente. Além disto, o primeiro e o segundo lados do envoltório estendem-se além dos primeiro e segundo lados, respectivamente, do artigo absorvente. Um dispositivo de fixação é preso a segunda superfície maior do envoltório, aproximando as primeiras extremidades deste. O envoltório e o artigo absorvente são então dobrados juntos sobre os dois eixos de dobradura, tal que, a primeira superfície maior do envoltório contata o dispositivo de fixação e é preso de forma destacável para formar uma embalagem. A embalagem tem primeira e segunda extremidades alinhadas paralelamente à primeira e a segunda laterais do artigo absorvente. A primeira e segunda extremidades da embalagem são mantidas juntas pela primeira e segunda vedações, respectivamente, e no mínimo uma linha de perfurações é formada na embalagem o que provê uma característica de abertura fácil à embalagem. Alternativamente, a embalagem contém duas linhas de perfurações que são alinhadas adjacentes à primeira e segunda vedações, o que permite que a embalagem seja aberta em três partes separadas e distintas.
