Abstract

A inveção refere-se a dispositivo para inserção de uma lâmida em espiral transversalmente por um pino medular, abrangendo um estribo-alvo (1) com um lado externo (4), um lado interno (3) e duas extremidades (2; 6), com uma perfuração (5) disposta em uma extremidade (2) do estribo-alvo (1), se estendendo entre lado interno (3) e lado externo (4); uma manga de guia (8) fixada ao estribo-alvo (1), apresentando um eixo central (18), cuja perfuração (70) trespassante, circular-cilíndrica, se estende coaxialmente à perfuração (5); e um mandril (9) igualmente circular-cilíndrico deslizável na perfuração (70) da manga de guia (8); sendo que uma lâmina em espiral (12) pode ser disposta de modo soltável na extremidade (10) dianteira do mandril (9). O madril (9) em sua área periférica (17) e a perfuração (70) da manga de guia (8) estão de tal maneira providos de meios (50; 51) que o mandril (9) na perfuração (70) da manga de guia (8) é móvel apenas em espiral na direção do eixo central (18).
