Endoprotesi per l'osteosintesi del femore prossimale caratterizzata dal fatto che comprende un infibulo endomidollare presentante una semiparte superiore che forma un angolo ottuso con la semiparte inferiore e che ha la semiparte inferiore interessata da almeno uno spesso intaglio longitudinale passante e la semiparte superiore attraversata da un foro sghembo lungo il quale è montato scorrevole il corpo di un chiodo avente la porzione destinata ad accoppiarsi all'osso interessata da alette radiali di vincolo a rotazione, fra corpo del chiodo e foro dell'infibulo essendo presenti mezzi atti ad impedirne la rotazione relativa.
