Abstract

Patente de Invenção: <B>"PROCESSO PARA DRENAGEM DE LODOS DE CLARIFICAçãO COM FILTROS EM PLACAS (FILTROS-PRENSA)"<D>. A invenção refere-se a um processo para drenagem de lodos de clarificação com filtros de placas, sendo que o lodo de clarificação em flocos tratado por meio de coadjuvante que floculação polimérico orgânico assim como opcionalmente outros coadjuvantes, primeiramente é liberado em um filtro de placas por filtração hidrostática da quantidade principal da água do lodo de clarificação, e que o lodo de clarificação parcialmente drenado é depois submetido à filtração por pressão. Os filtros em placas empregados apresentam um sistema de efluxo de filtrado que permite um efluxo de filtrado com uma velocidade de fluxo de no máximo 1,0 m/segundo. Através dessa condução de processo aumenta-se muito a capacidade de drenagem.
