Abstract

Patente de Invenção: <B>"TUBO DE COQUILHA E PROCESSO PARA RECALIBRAGEM DE UM TUBO DE COQUILHA''<D>. à distância para com o lado frontal superior (3) da parede tubular (4) do tubo de coquilha (1), está prevista uma ranhura circunferencial (9) externa. Nesta ranhura projetam-se, a partir de lados opostos, flanges (10) em formato de (U) com filetes de encaixe (11) internos. A projeção radial dos filetes de encaixe (11) é menor do que a profundidade da ranhura circunferência (9). Em posição vizinha ao lado frontal (7) superior está previsto um degrau (5) do lado circunferencial no qual, mediante vedação, pode ser preso de modo preciso um quadro de reforço (6) que pode ser atarraxado com os flanges (10) e que se apóia no flange (28) da caixa d'água (2). Por ocasião de uma recalibragem do tubo de coquilha (1), especialmente através de um processo de moldagem por explosão, é reduzida a espessura da parede, de maneira que depois o degrau (5) precisa ser usinado seq³encialmente, sendo apenas necessário colocar um novo quadro de reforço (6), sendo atarraxado com os flanges (20).
