Abstract

Patente de Invenção: <B>"DETERMINAçãO DE HIDRETO USANDO COMPOSTOS DE ACRIDìNIO QUIMILUMINESCENTES"<D>. A presente invenção divulga um método para a determinação de hidreto, usando um composto quimiluminescente, tal como um composto de acridínio. A fonte de hidreto para a redução do composto de acridínio pode ser de origem química ou bioquímica ou o resultado de catálise enzimática. A fonte química do hidreto pode ser NaBH~ 4~. Uma fonte bioquímica de hidreto pode ser uma fonte derivada de NADH ou NADPH, enquanto uma fonte enzimática seria a classe das oxidorredutases, denominada de desidrogenase, que converte NADH ou NADPH de NAD ou NADP. Entre as aplicações dos compostos de acridínio como indicadores quimiluminescentes de hidreto, se encontram os ensaios de diagnósticos usando desidrogenases como reagentes, indicadores, marcadores de diagnósticos ou como marcadores. O etanol, por exemplo, pode ser detectado através de quimiluminescência de éster de acridínio, mediante reação de desidrogenase de álcool em etanol, dita reação produzindo NADH. Como marcador, a desidrogenase pode ser usada em um procedimento ELISA para detecção de um analisado específico, com o éster de acridínio proporcionando a resposta de sinalização.
