Abstract
''COMPOSIçãO DE POLìMERO TERMOPLáSTICO, ARTIGO, PROCESSO PARA PRODUZIR UM ARTIGO, PRé-FORMA CLARA, E, GARRAFA CLARA'' é apresentada aqui uma composição de polímeros termoplásticos compreendendo uma mistura de um polímero termoplástico misturado com cerca de 5 a 50 ppm de partículas de óxido de ferro preto, baseado na quantidade do referido polímero termoplástico. O óxido de ferro preto é misturado com o polímero para acelerar o processo de reaquecimento de chapas formadas a partir do polímero durante a fabricação de garrafas. A composição tem a combinação benéfica de uma grande percentagem de grau de melhoramento de reaquecimento (RIV) com somente uma pequena redução na transparência (<30>L*). A relação entre o RIV e o <30>L* é significativamente melhor do que misturas de polímero/negro de fumo tendo o mesmo RIV.
