Abstract

Patente de Invenção: <B>"PROCESSO PARA TINGIR SUPERFìCIES DE CERâMICA"<D>. A presente invenção refere-se a processos para tingir superfícies de cerâmica, sendo que na camada superficial da massa de cerâmica é produzido um pigmento de fase mista de um óxido de metal incolor que cristaliza na grade de espinélio ou de rutila como grade hospedeira e uma solução de tingimento aquosa, a qual contém um composto solúvel de um íon de metal bi- ou trivalente que tinge a grade hospedeira e um composto solúvel de um íon de metal penta- ou hexavalente para o equilíbrio eletrostático, no qual se incorpora ou o óxido incolor em forma finamente dividida na massa de cerâmica e se aplica a solução de tingimento aquosa sobre a camada superficial ou se adiciona a solução de tingimento aquosa com uma quantidade suficiente para a formação da grade hospedeira de um composto solúvel dos íons de metal formadores da grade hospedeira e se aplica esta mistura sobre a superfície e se queima após a secagem do solvente do corpo de cerâmica a 300 até 1400°C e uma duração da queima de 0,5 até 5 horas.
