Patente de Invenção: <B>"APARELHO E MéTODO DE CONVERSãO DE DADOS EM SISTEMA DE PROTEçãO DE DIREITOS AUTORAIS"<D>. Em um aparelho de conversão de dados (101) de um sistema de proteção de direitos autorais, uma porção de avaliação de formato de dados (103) avalia se os dados são ou não de um formato de superdistribuição, unidade de obtenção de informação de atributos (105) identifica os contéudos de áudio dos dados e obtém a informação de atributos correspondente aos conteúdos de áudio identificados do equipamento externo via a referida porção de transmissão/ recepção de dados (102); e uma porção de conversão de formato de dados (104, 105,106) converte os conteúdos de áudio junto com a informação de atributos obtida para o formato de dados de superdistribuição para serem fornecidos a um aparelho de gravação externo (121).
