Um aparelho de estação base da presente invenção detecta um tempo para cada sinal que chega, executa a recepção de antena de série adaptativa com o tempo para cada sinal que chega, calcula um nível recebido de um sinal desejado, utilizando um nível de força do resultado recebido da antena de série adaptativa para cada sinal que chega, seleciona um peso para o resultado recebido da antena de série adaptativa com um nível recebido mais elevado do sinal desejado, seleciona um tempo do sinal desejado com o nível recebido mais elevado,controla o tempo de transmissão baseado no tempo selecionado e transmite um sinal com o peso selecionado.
