Abstract
Patente de Invenção: <B>"MéTODO DE AQUECIMENTO DE UM FORNO CONTINUAMENTE CARREGADO PARTICULARMENTE PARA PRODUTO DE FABRICAçãO DE AçO E FORNO DE AQUECIMENTO CONTINUAMENTE CARREGADO"<D>. Os produtos (1) passam de uma extremidade de carga (2) para uma extremidade de descarga (3); no lado da extremidade de descarga, o forno exibe uma zona de aquecimento (4) equipada com queimadores de ar/combustível (41), possivelmente administrados com oxigênio, e, no lado da extremidade de carga, exibe uma zona de recuperação ou drenagem de gás de combustão (5) na qual os gases de combustão são removidos. Pelo menos um corpo combustível no estado gasoso é incorporado nos gases de combustão, e o oxigênio é introduzido a montante desse queimador possivelmente administrado com ar/combustível (41) que fica situado mais longe a montante quando referindo-se à direção de percurso dos produtos (1), de modo a queimar o corpo combustível gasoso e assim elevar a temperatura na zona de recuperação (5). Possível uso para aquecer produtos de fabricação de aço antes da laminação.
