Abstract
"REMOçãO DE óXIDOS DE ENXOFRE DE GASES FORA DE ANáLISE DE PREAQUECEDOR". óxidos de enxofre são removidos de uma corrente gasosa residual do preaquecedor por reação dos óxidos de enxofre com cal recuperada da corrente gasosa residual em um forno de calcinação. O processo é adaptável para uso em uma planta de fabricação de cimento, na qual os dióxidos de enxofre nos gases residuais resultam da combustão de combustíveis fósseis usados como calor para o processo. O aparelho para a condução do processo inclui um preaquecedor de estágios múltiplos situado verticalmente (1), um forno de calcinação (2) e uma fonte de ar de combustão, tal como forno de formação de clínquer (3).
