Abstract
Patente de Invenção: <B>"LUVA MóVEL DE GUIA PARA MASSA FUNDIDA PARA COMPENSAR A EXPANSãO CONDICIONADA POR TEMPERATURA ENTRE O CANAL QUENTE E ORIFìCIO DE ALIMENTAçãO DE MOLDE"<D>. A presente invenção refere-se a uma luva de guia de massa fundida dinâmica com comportamento articulado para compensar diferenças de expansão no canal quente do fluxo interno, isolado por fenda de ar, em moldes para moldagem por injeção para o processamento de materiais sintéticos. Até hoje em dia luvas de guia de massa fundida estacionárias exigiram tolerâncias de montagem extremamente estreitas, muitas vezes causando ruptura da cavidade de molde ou fugas em virtude de diferenças de expansão. A luva segunda a presente invenção com lábios de vedação periféricos em ambas as extremidades, embutido entre o canal quente (3) e a cavidade de molde (6) absorve a expansão térmica resultante e permite por meio de vedação da fenda de ar (4) uma separação de temperatura limpa na área do orifício de alimentação do molde para moldagem por injeção.
