Patente de Invenção para <B>''INSTALAçãO E PROCESSO PARA FORMAçãO DE PRODUTOS CERâMICOS, TAIS COMO AZULEJOS E SIMILARES, POR PRENSAGEM EM Pó''<D>. A Instalação e processo para formação de produtos cerâmicos tais como azulejos e similares, compreende: uma linha de formação contínua compreendendo uma plano de transporte móvel para suportar pós a serem prensados e o material formado por uma operação de prensagem; um dispositivo de formação por prensagem que é atravessado por referido plano de transporte móvel cujo plano também funciona como uma superfície de fundo do dispositivo de formação por prensagem; referido dispositivo de formação por prensagem compreendendo: um corpo inferior suportando uma superfície de suporte predisposta de tal modo que referido plano de transporte móvel possa deslocar e assentar nesta; um corpo superior provido com pelo menos uma superfície ativa predisposta faceando referida superfície de suporte; pelo menos uma estrutura de moldagem predisposta de modo a delimitar perimetralmente referida pelo menos uma superfície ativa, e de modo a ser móvel com relação ao referido corpo superior de modo a ser capaz de projetar-se inferiormente a partir de referida pelo menos uma superfície ativa; referidos corpo inferior e corpo superior sendo reciprocamente móveis em comando em uma direção perpendicular com relação à superfície de suporte e à referida pelo menos uma superfície ativa; no qual à montante do dispositivo de formação por prensagem, uma porção do referido plano de transporte móvel funciona como um suporte para formação e preparação de cargas ou camadas de pós a serem prensados, e uma porção da referida linha de plano de transporte móvel à jusante do dispositivo de formação de prensa, funciona como uma linha para transporte e evacuação de material formado de prensa e quaisquer resíduos de pós.
