Abstract
Patente de Invenção: <B>"GENES REGULADORES DE STREPTOMYCES AVERMITILIS PARA AUMENTO DE PRODUçãO DE AVERMECTINA"<D>. A presente invenção refere-se a composições e métodos para produzir avermectinas, e é essencial no campo da saúde animal. A presente invenção refere-se com à identificação e caracterização de dois novos genes, aqui referidos como os genes aveR1 e aveR2, que estão implicados na regulação da expressão de avermectina policetido sintase (PKS) e na biossíntese de avermectina em Streptomyces avermitilis. A presente invenção é baseada na descoberta de que a inativação destes genes resulta em um aumento da quantidade de produção de avermectina por S.avermitilis.
