Abstract
"PROCESSO PARA A HIDROGENAçãO DE UMA COMPOSIçãO NITROAROMáTICA PELO CONTATO DA COMPOSIçãO NITROAROMáTICA COM HIDROGêNIO EM UM REATOR QUE EMPREGA UM CATALIZADOR DE MONóLITO. Esta invenção refere-se a um aperfeiçoamento em um processo para hidrogenar uma composição nitroaromática, nomeadamente dinitrotolueno, contactando o dinitrotolueno com hidrogênio em um reator empregando um sistema de catalizador de monólito. Amplamente o aperfeiçoamento reside na hidrogenação adiabática contínua, essencialmente sem solvente, de dinitrotolueno em toluenodiamina em um sistema de reator de fluxo tamponado que incorpora o catalizador de monólito. O processo geralmente compreende as fases de : introduzir uma matéria prima de alimentação compreendida de dinitrotolueno e componentes de produto de reação continuamente dentro do reator e a dita matéria prima de alimentação tendo menos do que 30% em peso de um solvente; realizar a hidrogenação de dinitrotolueno em toluenodiamina sob condições adiabáticas; e continuamente remover produto de reação hidrogenado do reator.
