Abstract

"SISTEMA DE DISTRIBUIçãO DE ADESIVO DERRETIDO QUENTE COM AQUECEDOR DE AR LAMINADO". Um aparelho de pré aquecimento de ar utilizável para pré aquecer o ar suprido para um ou mais bicos de distribuição de adesivo derretido quente montado em um tubo de distribuição de suprimento de adesivo. O ar é suprido de uma entrada de suprimento de ar em uma porção externa de um membro de aquecimento externo para uma saída de suprimento de ar em um membro de aquecimento interno tendo um aquecedor nele. O membro de aquecimento externo formado de uma pluralidade de chapas laminadas tendo uma ou mais trajetórias de fluxo de ar, que incluem preferivelmente uma porção de trajetória de fluxo de ar em serpentina que aumenta o tempo de residência do ar nela. O ar é suprido através do aparelho em oposição ao gradiente de temperatura decrescente, por meio disso o calor é crescentemente adicionado a ele antes do ar ser fornecido para os bicos. O aparelho é preferivelmente termicamente isolado do tubo de distribuição para permitir manter o aparelho de pré aquecimento em uma temperatura diferente da temperatura do tubo de distribuição.
