Abstract

"AQUECEDOR DE MOLDAGEM A INJEçãO, MECANISMO DE, MOLDAGEM A INJEçãO DE CANALETA DE SAìDA AQUECIDA". Compreendendo um aquecedor de moldagem a injeção (38) que possui um ou mais orifícios de fusão (78) que se estendem através do mesmo para ser de modo removível montado entre o tubo de distribuição de fusão (26) e cada bocal (10) em um sistema de moldagem a injeção de várias portas. O aquecedor (38) possui um corpo planar (92) feito de um material condutor térmico e o calor ê fornecido ao mesmo através de um elemento de aquecimento (98) que pode ser elétrico ou um cano térmico ou através de um fluído aquecido que flui através de uma passagem (126) no corpo planar (92). Cada um ou mais dos aquecedores (38) podem ser ligados a fontes de energia controladas separadamente para, separadamente ajustarem o calor fornecido através dos aquecedores (38).
