Abstract

CALIBRAçãO DE SISTEMAS DE IMAGENS. Calibração de um sistema de imagens dotado de uma câmara (20) para a captura de dados de cores para um objeto alvo (carcaça 10), inclui uma calibração primária para a obtenção de uma transformação primária para dados RGB, de maneira a permitir a compensação de variações na operação da câmara ou características e uma calibração secundária para obter uma transformação secundária que permita a compensação das condições de iluminação locais durante a captura e processamento de dados de cores das imagens capturadas a serem analisadas. A transformação primária calculada relaciona os dados reais das cores medidas com dados de cores padrão conhecidos para os corpos de prova particulares de cores padrão (31). Os corpos de prova de cores padrão (31) são apresentados em um envoltório ou proteção (30) para a câmara, sob iluminação controlada e com a luz externa ou irrelevante sendo excluídas da iluminação dos corpos de prova. Uma calibração preliminar inclui a calibração dos corpos de prova de cores padrão de calibração primária e a fonte associada de luz controlada com relação às cores padrão do laboratório centralizado.
