Abstract

"UTILIZAçãO, SOB FORMA SECA, DE UMA ASSOCIAçãO DE MICROFIBRILAS DE CELULOSE ESSENCIALMENTE AMORFAS". A presente invenção tem por objeto a utilização, sob forma seca, de uma associação de microfibrilas de celulose essencialmente amorfas apresentando uma taxa de cristalinidade inferior ou igual a 50%, com pelo menos um composto poli-hidroxilado, como aditivo para formulações alimentícias, o teor nesta associação sendo superior a 0% e inferior a 20% em peso, em relação ao peso total da formulação alimentícia.
