Abstract

"CONJUGADO DE POLISSACARìDEO, PRODUTO, E, PROCESSO DE LIGAçãO DE MARCAçãO DE UMA ENTIDADE à CELULOSE" Um conjugado de polissacarídeo compõe-se de um polissacarídeo com uma entidade ligada tendo um peso molecular de pelo menos 5000, cujo conjugado polissacarídeo sendo capaz de ligar-se à celulose. Os polissacarídeos preferidos incluem xiloglicana de semente de tamarindo, goma de alfarroba, e guar modificado por enzima. A entidade ligada é adequadamente uma proteína tais como uma enzima, anticorpo ou fragmento de anticorpo, ou uma partícula possivelmente tendo um agente de benefício tal como uma fragrância associada com ela. Porque o conjugado polissacarídeo se liga à celulose, que está presente no algodão e outros tecidos, papel, etc., a ligação do conjugado à celulose coloca a entidade ligada em proximidade máxima com a superfície de ou que contém celulose. A invenção dessa maneira possibilita a marcação de entidades ligadas à tais superfícies. A invenção também fornece um produto que incorpora o conjugado polissacarídeo da invenção. O produto é convenientemente um produto de lavanderia tais como um produto de lavagem de tecido, por exemplo, um produto detergente, ou um produto condicionador de tecido. Neste caso a entidade ligada pode ser uma enzima, uma partícula carregando a fragrância, etc. A invenção também fornece um processo de ligação de marcação de uma entidade à celulose através do uso do conjugado polissacarídeo da invenção.
