Abstract

Patente de Invenção: <B>"COZIMENTO CONTìNUO COM IMPREGNAçãO A FRIO E CONTROLE DE "DOM""<D>. Um método para o tratamento de aparas de madeira permite que seja produzida uma polpa química (por exemplo polpa kraft) tendo propriedades de resistência de fibra aumentadas. Na primeira zona ou etapa as aparas são impregnadas a frio (como por exemplo a uma temperatura de cerca de 60 - 120°C) com um primeiro líquido que contenha álcali (25 - 30 g/l, expresso como NaOH). No topo de um digestor contínuo (13) em uma segunda zona ou etapa (entre os conjuntos de crivo 17 e 25) as aparas são em seguida tratadas com um segundo líquido que contém álcali tendo uma concentração de álcali pelo menos 5g/l menor do que o primeiro líquido (por exemplo de 10 a 20 g/l) e uma temperatura entre cerca de 120 - 160°C (por exemplo de 130 - 150°C). Uma extração (25) tem lugar para efetuar a troca nas zonas de tratamento.
