Abstract

Patente de Invenção: <B>"OXIDASE DE CITOCININA"<D>. Uma proteína isolada a qual exibe atividade oxidante de citocinina selecionada entre o grupo consistindo em SEQ. ID. No. 1, uma proteína tendo uma seq³ência de aminoácido a qual inclui a seq³ência de aminoácido da SEQ. ID. No. 1, uma proteína tendo uma seq³ência de aminoácido a qual inclui uma porção da seq³ência de aminoácido da SEQ. ID. No.1, a porção incluída tendo no mínimo cerca de 20 resíduos aminoácido de comprimento e conferindo a atividade oxidante de citocinina à proteína, e a proteína incluindo uma seq³ência de aminoácido com no mínimo cerca de 65% de identidade de seq³ência para a SEQ. ID. No. 1, o remanescente dos resíduos aminoácidos sendo substituídos de modo conservador. Também são revelados ácidos nucléicos codificando proteínas as quais exibem atividade oxidante de citocinina o produtos e métodos relacionados.
