Abstract

"TROCADOR DE CALOR, E, PROCESSO PARA PRODUZIR O MESMO". Um trocador de calor compreende um cabeçote combinado como fundido (28a) e tanque (100) que tem uma porção cabeçote (106) integrada com uma porção tanque (106). O cabeçote fundido e a combinação tanque tem uma pluralidade de aberturas fundidas originalmente na porção cabeçote da combinação e no mínimo uma abertura fundida originalmente na porção tanque da combinação, para passagem de refrigerante para dentro ou para fora do cabeçote fundido da combinação tanque. Tubos (22} são acomodados na, e se estendem através das, aberturas da porção cabeçote, e arruelas de borracha resilientes (50) vedam os tubos à porção cabeçote para impedir vazamento ao redor dos tubos. é fornecida uma seção de molde interno 110 e uma seção de molde externo (112) que correspondem, respectivamente, às configurações interior e exterior de um cabeçote combinado desejado e tanques que tem uma porção cabeçote integrada com uma porção tanque.
