Abstract

"MéTODO PARA FABRICAçãO SIMULTâNEA DE PELO MENOS DOIS CONDUTOS DE IRRIGAçãO POR PINGADEIRA". A invenção concerne a condutos de irrigação de pingadeira (1), que compreendem um tubo (2), projetados para serem conectados a uma fonte de água pressurizada. O tubo é provido com duas virolas laterais (3a, 3b) sobrepostas uma à outra e que são formadas integrais com o referido tubo. O conduto (1) ainda compreende, em intervalos, cavidades de fluxo que permitem que a água goteje através (11) de uma comunicação com o tubo (2) do interior com o ambiente externo. A invenção é caracterizada pelo fato de uma tira (4) ser fixada de uma maneira selada entre as virolas (3a, 3b), e as cavidades (11) são produzidas na referida tira (4) pela estampagem da referida tira (10, 10A), de modo que elas constituam cavidades passantes substancialmente em um lado de um plano longitudinal de simetria (P) na tira (10, 10A), cada cavidade de fluxo (11, 11A) compreendendo em uma primeira extremidade uma câmara de alimentação (13) projetada para emergir em um dos referidos condutos e, na outra extremidade, uma câmara de descarga (14) projetada para emergir fora do referido um conduto; o processo de estampagem também sendo projetado de modo que as câmaras de descarga das cavidades de fluxo localizadas substancialmente em um lado do plano de simetria (P) da tira não se comuniquem uma com a outra.
