Abstract
<B>DISPOSITIVO PROTETOR CONTRA VAZAMENTOS D'áGUA<D> para aparelhos eletrodomésticos sujeitos a vazamentos inclui um primeiro dispositivo (90) detector de vazamento d'água na tubulação alimentadora d'água (50, 52) acoplada ao aparelho, e um segundo dispositivo (28) que detecta a água vazando desde o próprio aparelho. Um dispositivo de controle (10) está acoplado a uma válvula, montada dentro da tubulação alimentadora d'água (50, 52), está conectado a uma fonte de energia elétrica (12) e controla o fluxo d'água até o aparelho. O aparelho está conectado ao dispositivo de controle (10) para permitir a alimentação elétrica. Os primeiros (90) e segundo (28) sensores estão acoplados ao dispositivo de controle (10), de maneira que ao ser detectado um vazamento d'água quer pelo primeiro sensor (90), quer pelo segundo sensor (28), o dispositivo de controle (10) pára o fluxo d'água na tubulação alimentadora d'água (50, 52) e interrompe a alimentação elétrica do aparelho.
