Abstract
''PROCESSO PARA OPERAR UMA REDE DE COMUNICAçãO COMPREENDENDO UMA PLURALIDADE DE ESTAçõES SUSCETìVEIS DE TRANSMITIR E RECEBER DADOS RECIPROCAMENTE, E, APARELHO DE COMUNICAçãO OPERáVEL COMO UMA ESTAçãO EM UMA REDE". A invenção refere-se a um processo para operar uma rede de comunicação, a rede compreendendo uma pluralidade de estações que são suscetíveis de transmitir dados para e receber dados umas da outras. O processo compreende monitorar, em cada estação, a qualidade de caminho de transmissão entre aquela estação e cada outra estação com a qual aquela estação pode se comunicar. Dados correspondentes à qualidade de caminho monitorada são gravados em cada estação, desse modo permitindo um valor de potência de transmissão baseado sobre os dados de qualidade de caminho pertinentes a serem selecionados ao transmitir dados para outra estação. Assim, a probabilidade de transmitir dados para qualquer estação selecionada a um nível de potência ideal é aumentada. Cada estação transmite dados de qualidade de caminho nas suas próprias transmissões assim como dados de ruído local/interferência, para que outras estações possam obter dados de qualidade de caminho para uma estação específica mesmo se elas estiverem fora do alcance daquela estação específica. A invenção se estende a aparelhos de comunicação que podem ser usados para implementar o processo.
