Abstract

Patente de Invenção: <B>"FORNO DE FRACIONAMENTO POSSUINDO TUBOS DE AQUECIMENTO RADIANTES CUJOS RAMAIS DE ENTRADA E DE SAìDA SãO EMPARELHADOS DENTRO DA FORNALHA''<D>. A presente invenção proporciona um forno e um processo que contam com uma multiplicidade de tubos de aquecimento radiantes, cada um na forma de uma espiral em U, que são montados dentro de uma fornalha do forno de modo que um ramal de entrada de qualquer um dos vários tubos está imediatamente adjacente e espaçado de um ramal de saída de outro tubo entre os vários tubos dentro da fornalha de um forno de fracionamento térmico. Este emparelhamento especial de um ramal de entrada de um tubo com um ramal de saída de outro tubo dos vários tubos de aquecimento radiantes do forno de fracionamento maximiza a utilização do calor radiante disponível dentro da fornalha de um forno de fracionamento térmico ao mesmo tempo que reduzindo a probabilidade de pontos de calor localizados que poderiam produzir obstrução por carvão de coque e alcatrão de um tubo.
