Abstract

Patente de Invenção: <B>"FORNO ELéTRICO DE COZIMENTO COM GRELHA A GáS COM INFRAVERMELHO"<D>. Um forno de cozimento que tem um elemento de aquecimento elétrico no fundo para cozimento, aquecimento e auto-limpeza a alta temperatura, e uma grelha a gás com infravermelho no topo do forno. A grelha a gás com infravermelho é suprida com uma mistura de gás combustível/ar a partir de um tubo venturi que usa o fluxo de gás combustível para levar ar limpo para o forno a partir do exterior do forno. Um duto de ar é provido na traseira superior do forno para descarga dos gases de combustão e nenhuma outra abertura é provida, tal como para o ar secundário, tal como é normalmente requerido para um forno a gás. O conjunto de tubo venturi cria uma mistura de gás combustível/ar que contém 100% do ar necessário para uma combustão completa daquele gás e uma pressão positiva para distribuição da mistura de gás/ar através dos pontos radiantes cerâmicos para combustão para aquecer os pontos radiantes até uma temperatura para a produção das ondas de luz infravermelha. A pressão positiva criada no forno pela mistura de gás/ar e pela combustão causa uma descarga contínua dos gases quentes do forno através de um duto de ar sem um desvio normalmente criado pela introdução do ar secundário.
