Abstract

"PROCESSO PARA LIMPEZA DE UM SISTEMA DE TUBULAçãO E TRATAMENTO EM LINHA DE UMA SOLUçãO DE LIMPEZA DE SISTEMA DE TUBULAçãO USADA ANTES DO DESCARTE". Uma unidade móvel para limpeza (50) é ligada a um tubo sujo (60) a ser limpo. Uma bomba (65) circula a solução para limpeza de um reservatório (70) através de uma válvula de injeção (80) na unidade móvel para limpeza (50). A solução é regulada por meio de válvulas de desvio (85a, 85b) para uma válvula a montante (90), através do tubo (60), saindo por uma válvula a jusante (100), e através de uma válvula de retorno (110) para o reservatório (70). O tratamento é monitorado nas válvulas de isolamento tanto a montante (115) como a jusante (118). A solução usada é recirculada até que ela se apresente segura do ponto de vista ambiental para ser descarregada por uma válvula de drenagem (120). O processo minimiza ambos, o volume da solução usada tratada e o tempo para tratamento.
