Abstract

"PROCESSO PARA A PRODUçãO DE UM áCIDO ALIMENTìCIO, E, áCIDO ALIMENTìCIO EM FORMA PARTICULADA". Um processo para a produção de um ácido alimentício inclui as etapas de combinar ácido fumárico com um material de ácido orgânico em um meio aquoso para produzir uma mistura, e secar a mistura para produzir um ácido alimentício compreendendo um material particulado contendo ácido fumárico e o material de ácido orgânico, sendo que a quantidade de ácido fumárico e a quantidade do material de ácido orgânico é selecionada de tal forma que o ácido fumárico constitua entre cerca de 5% e 95% do material particulado.
