Abstract

Patente de Invenção: <B>"COMPOSIçõES DE POLIETILENO DE ALTA RESISTêNCIA EM FUSãO"<D>. Trata-se a invenção de uma composição de polietileno tendo um índice de polidispersidade inferior ou igual a 3, um índice de ramificação médio (g') conforme medido por GPC/Vis ( 0,9 e uma resistência em fusão (EM) (centípoise, 190°C) que satisfaz a equação: Numa modalidade preferida essas composições de polietileno compreendem A) copolímeros de polietileno ramificados preparados mediante polimerização de inserção do etileno, macrómeros contendo etileno e, opcionalmente monómeros copolimerizáveis adicionais e B) copolímeros de etileno essencialmente lineares. Uma resistência em fusão aperfeiçoada sem sacrificar os benefícios do índice de polidispersidade estreito é o benefício apresentado pelas composições da invenção.
