Abstract

<B>"PROCESSO PARA O TRATAMENTO DE UM MATERIAL CONTENDO METAL E MATéRIA ORGâNICA, INCLUINDO SEPARAçãO DO METAL"<D>. A presente invenção se refere a um processo para o tratamento de uma matéria prima contendo alumínio ou um metal de ponto de fusão similar a uma baixa temperatura e matéria orgânica, incluindo separação do metal. A invenção é particularmente intencionada para o tratamento de rejeitos de um recipiente de líquido consistindo de película de alumínio, material polimérico e possíveis resíduos de fibra de maneira a recuperar o alumínio e a utilizar a matéria orgânica como um combustível. De acordo com a invenção, a matéria prima (5) é introduzida em um leito fluidizado borbulhante (3), onde a matéria orgânica é gaseificada a uma temperatura maior do que a do ponto de fusão do metal presente. O gás removido do leito fluidizado e o metal arrastado são subsequentemente resfriados a uma temperatura abaixo do ponto de fusão do metal por admissão de um meio de resfriamento (6) tal como água no fluxo de gás. As partículas metálicas sólidas são eventualmente separadas do gás, por exemplo, com um ciclone (8) e o fluxo de gás é possivelmente filtrado (11) antes da combustão.
