Abstract
<B>PROCESSO DE DESTILAçãO COM CONTAMINAçãO REDUZIDA<D>. é descrito um processo e aparelho para a remoção de um contaminante de uma corrente de alimentação de fluido contendo o contaminante. O processo inclui as etapas de se prover uma corrente de alimentação (10) e de aquecê-la em uma primeira etapa (18) para se remover pelo menos parcialmente alguns dos contaminantes e recuperar a energia de um produto gerado consistindo de concentrado e destilado. Um aquecimento subseq³ente da corrente em uma segunda etapa (20) em um separador aquecido gera uma fração de vapor saturado (30) e uma fração de contaminante líquido concentrado. A fração de vapor pode ser comprimida (32) para gerar um diferencial de temperatura no trocador refervedor (34), sendo a fração de vapor colocada em contato com um trocador refervedor para proporcionar uma corrente de vapor condensado proveniente do refervedor. Pode ser fazer a corrente circular através do trocador refervedor e o separador aquecido para manter de aproximadamente 1% a aproximadamente 50% em massa de vapor na corrente. O aparelho inclui uma configuração específica de um compressor de vapor, separador aquecido em combinação com um circuito de circulação forçada (42, 44, 38) para resultar em descontaminação.
