Abstract

Patente de Invenção: <B>"ELEMENTO DE POSTO DE LAMINAçãO E POSTO DE LAMINAçãO ASSIM OBTIDO"<D>. Um elemento para um posto de laminação para o acabamento e o pós-acabamento de produtos finos com diâmetro nominal ou dimensão transversal de entre 4 e 16 mm, capaz de se associar com outro elemento para a obtenção de uma passada de laminação, o elemento compreendendo uma caixa de apoio (14), um eixo de acionamento (24) e um eixo conduzido (25) portando um rolo de laminação ou anel de laminação (12) em balanço. O eixo conduzido (25) está montado de forma oscilante em um flange (13) que está montado sobre a caixa de apoio (14) de tal forma que o flange pode girar em torno de um eixo de rotação (16) do eixo de acionamento (24) para mover de modo angular o eixo conduzido (25) em relação ao eixo de acionamento (24), enquanto mantendo os dois eixos (24, 25) engrenados entre si. Um posto de laminação correspondente para o acabamento e o pós-acabamento, incluindo pelo menos um par de elementos (10) como acima, no qual, quando vários pares são providos, a distância entre centros entre um par e o par adjacente é de entre 130 e 450 mm.
